Came in to open an account and was greeted by a friendly lady at the front desk! She happily answered all my questions and I was out within 15 minutes! She made sure I had copies of all the account info and walked me through the app and online features. Very professional and knowledgeable.

With the opening of the Brookfield Office I was anxious to be able to take advantage of its suburban location rather than having to travel to Milwaukee, fight the traffic, parking in a structure , time element. I visited the office yesterday and met my new financial advisor. I am really looking forward to being able to go to this office of Charles Schwab right here in my community. I have been a long time customer of Charles Schwab and am looking forward to being able to work with my new advisor.
