After trying to have a duplicate key made elsewhere that failed to work, I went to Valley Lock and Key and had success the first time. They were very professional with cheerful, fast service. Their location was a little challenging to find. They have a short sign sitting on the south side of Washington Ave that I didn’t see. There business appears to be a small section of a large warehouse. They are directly across from the lumber company on Washington. If you want to save yourself some return trips for remakes, Go to Valley Lock and Key first.
Our service technician, Andrew, was incredible. He explained clearly our issue, and told us our options. He was fast and efficient. We will always choose them in the future for all our lock needs.
Had a very stressful situation where my key broke in my car door - I called around different shops and Valley Lock & Key were very personable and shared a couple of solutions for my problem.
