Been with US Bank 32 years and they have always done right by me. Always smiles and interest in helping me with the best service possible. We have been here 2.5 years and one of the first people we met here, was Penny at the drive up. She made us feel like family and always gracious and helpful. Penny is still at that window. Matter of fact when I need cash, I could use the ATM but go to the window to say hello. Big bank but personal service, two thumbs up!
