First thing to know is we paint by hand, no sprayer used!!! I have over 40 yrs, experience, in Construction. We work all over Washington State, I give to our Veterans, and seniors. We scape, caulk, and prime all surface's. Make repairs, replace when needed. Depending on surface on house sanding is a must. Prime and paint base usually 2 coats, paint trim. Usually takes 1 to 2 weeks depending on the Size of job, most painters give a year warranty, mines a little longer. That's using my paint, I only use one paint. My price's are more sensible, than the rest. I give free advice, no job too small. Any Questions just give me a call. We also do repairs and replacements on decks
