This guy almost ruined my carpets. He used old machines and left sewage in my carpet. I called the corporate headquarters and was told that if i could get money back, I should, and that he had Many Complaints. I asked him to come back and reclean and he never got back to me. I used my home carpet cleaner after he left and pulled out buckets of filthy water from what he left. We had to pay a Restoration Company to salvage our carpets. Never let this person into your home.

STAY AWAY! I completed the online form on August 8. Received a confirmation email of request same day and no more than 10 mins later, I received a call from a representative of this company, we spoke through the service order and confirmed Thursday, August 15 between 2:00-4:00 PM. Today is August 15th, no word! I called the number to confirm service and long story short, "never of heard of you". Another long story short, tried to help, but increased price and wanted to come on another day after being told, unfortunately, with everything we have going on, this is the only day, honor your agreement.
