Ron has the diagnostic tools to talk to my GE Monogram built-in refrigerator. Several error messages were a result of a failed evaporator fan. The repair entailed disassembling the inside of the freezer to reach the fan, which he ordered and had the next day to complete the job. I'll be calling Ron again for any future appliance repairs.

Ron was awesome! Helped trouble shoot the issue with my washer before driving out west to help. Showed up early to the appointment with parts needed to fix the problem and got it done efficiently. Thank you!!

After having another local appliance repair company come out and never respond after, I was frustrated when I made the phone call to RES. I was offered an appt the next day for Ron to come out and diagnose the problem. He called me to let me know what was wrong and to let he know he would have to return to repair the washer. From the first phone call to the washer being repaired was 5 days, including the weekend. I couldn't have been more impressed with their communication, their thoughtfulness, and their work. I would HIGHLY recommend Ron and I will definitely call them with any further issues I have with appliances.Service: Washing machine repair
