This facility lacks professionalism by emailing visit notifications late, poor communication and extremely unorganized. When making a request of simply trying to gather information, they're slack in providing a prompt response. The fact that security cameras don't exist is concerning and this facility has a history of not reading court ordered papers thoroughly. This facility also has a history of children being taken by non custodial parents and for that alone this place needs to be shutdown. I don't believe much has been done to heighten the level of security that is needed for circumstances like this to stop. I highly recommend not using this agency.

Our great-niece was abducted from this place during what was supposed to be a court ordered “supervised” visitation, All the information regarding the case was provided in the court paperwork that they failed to read. When pressed for answers, their responses lacked professionalism, made no sense, and they showed no real remorse for what our family is going through. They became emotionally involved without reading the court paperwork to know who they were dealing with. Now our niece is missing. THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN AND THEIR LICENSE TO DO BUSINESS ANYWHERE SHOULD BE REVOKED!!!!! EPIC FAIL!!!
