I'm fairly new to the eyelash game, but the few times i've had them applied, it's been at Noir. Although I typically have a different person working on my lashes each time, each person has been friendly and patient with my questions/concerns about lash extensions. On one occasion some of my extensions were applied with too much adhesive, which caused lashes to stick together. It was a little painful, so I came back a week later and he issue was corrected right away. A brand new set was applied at no charge, which I appreciated (as these babies are expensive)! Every time I have been they have been amazing, the app makes it super easy to get an appointment and everyone is really friendly and accommodating! Never been happier with my lashes, they look really natural and are really healthy, totally recommend!

They are always so kind here. The lady at the front desk is just the nicest ever & both technicians I have had are sweethearts. I love my lashes when I walk out of here & my applications last a long time.
