We had a phenomenal experience with Jake and crew. We completely re-did our backyard with a new retaining wall, new landscaping, custom pergola, patio, fence and even re-did our front yard as well — we could not be more impressed. They moved quickly once they broke ground, and only took about a month from start to finish. They worked well with our rough ideas and sketches, and helped our backyard come to life. It felt like we were a team throughout the whole project — no idea was off the table and they were completely professional and fun to work with throughout the entire process. We've been lucky enough to have Dreamscapes for over a decade for regular lawn mowing, maintenance and big projects. Jake and crew have always done what we agreed they were going to do, on time and on budget. If we ever ran into a issue or misunderstanding in the work, Jake made sure that we were happy at the end of the day.

They have a nice facility. Not impressed with the customer service. They scheduled delivery for 6 pm Sunday evening. They didn't show nor call and being after hours we couldn't get a hold of anyone. Pretty much ruined my day. They did show up the next day but not till after we contacted them again. We thought the wood would show up on a wrapped pallet which is how they display the wood but it arrived in a dump truck so we then had to move and stack it. That's fine but would have been nice to know ahead of time so we could have planned accordingly. The wood is very Burnaby and we are happy with the product.
