Did not have a great experience with this Seattle Schwab branch, I started by submitting on online request for an appointment, I never heard back for a few weeks so I called the branch to schedule an appointment, they has availability with an adviser on a Friday, my boyfriend and I both took the afternoon off to go to the office, an hour or two before the meeting I had a call saying the person leaves early on Fridays and to reschedule to the following week. When I went to the office it was hard for me to know where I should park and how validation worked since it was never discussed on the phone and I didnt see any signs.
