Chris's nutritional counseling has had a positive effect on my well-being. He performs a thorough analysis on your current state which allows him to get to the root cause of your health issues. Chris then introduces manageable dietary changes. Within three weeks I have noticed a significant improvement in my health, happiness and overall well-being. His guidance has been instrumental in keeping me out of the Dr.'s office and off all prescription medications.
Christopher is a thoughtful, well-informed nutrition practitioner. He's helped me transition out of a "diet culture" mindset, focusing on eating enough of the right things to make my body feel fueled and strong.
I have used Christopher's services several times, and he helped me tremendously with my back pain, and range of motion. He is very professional and takes the time to explain the "whys" and help you focus on how to resolve the big picture of your issue, instead of a temporary solution.
