I have now had 2 classes on Saturday mornings with Liz. She is amazing! My first class was both a physical and mentally moving experience. Through a beautiful set of poses and instructions, I opened my hips and lower back. Just what I needed that day. The room is "genteelly warmed", this is not hot yoga just a warm room in the cold NEK. The space is amazing, and you will decompress the moment you enter it.Liz has the voice the language and the pace that is hypnotic to follow along with. She took me on a yoga adventure filled with highs and lows and wrapped up the session leaving me with a feelings of self worth, love and complete contentment and peace for the day ahead....read full review

I went to the Hot House Vinyasa class taught by Casey, and it was great to share the practice with a dedicated group of yogis as well as an evidently knowledgable instructor. The studio is a beautiful, light, and calming space. Beyond the lovely studio, Casey's knowledge of yoga is sure to bring a new perspective to your practice. Whether you're from the area or visiting town, I highly recommend!

I would 100% recommend inspired yoga. The atmosphere is always so delightful and peaceful and every one is so nice! The teachers are amazing and are very insightful. If your looking for a way to relax, breath and just take a moment for your self. This is the perfect opportunity. Don’t be afraid to walk through the door! It’s totally worth it.
