I've tried to give this place a chance a few times and I'm just more disappointed every time. The staff is rude, the wait time for a bagel with butter and bagel with cream cheese has been upwards of 30-40 minutes, and there is zero sense that the staff actually cares about doing their job. I consistently watch people who have ordered after me get their orders and leave while I continued to wait.

Just good bagels and great variety of cream cheeses. Various sandwiches on bagels or breads. Good food!

I came here a few months ago looking for a quick bite to eat for lunch I didn’t expect to do much more than grab a sandwich and leave. I met Gillian that day, an incredibly hard working and passionate employee, who not only took the time to carefully prepare my food to include managing an allergy, but was incredibly kind and professional. After a few times of going in, I also met Paula, who was just as kind and took the time to make sure I, as the customer, was satisfied....read full review
