Biologic Health is the BEST healthcare I have received. We see Dr. Brenton Murphy, and could not be more impressed with the way he listens and counsels his patients. The staff is top-notch, and the health center is warm, welcoming, and well managed. 10/10!
Awesome doctors, miserable scheduling/communication. Leaving a message never gets a call back. Appointments made and then lost. It’s so bad, I finally got fed up and started looking for another doctor. It’s a shame because Dr. Murphy is AWESOME (5 stars), but the issues at their front office are unacceptable.
This office wasted my time. I called asking if they were taking on new patients, they said yes and sent me new patient forms that took me an hour to fill out. A week later I had not heard back from them about scheduling my first appointment. When I called to check in, they said they were no longer taking on new patients and I needed to find care elsewhere.
