On March 1st this year, my 13yo son Jack went into anaphylactic shock while traveling with my wife just outside of Waverly, VA. We have driven rt 460 a number of times while making the trip to Kitty Hawk, NC from Winchester, VA. After trying to treat his mild symptoms with Benadryl, he quickly escalated and my wife attempted to find the closest medical building. By God's hand, they were 2 mins from Waverly Medical Center and Dr Coleman's office. The staff immediately dropped everything for us and administered an EPI pen to begin the process of his recovery.
