I have been coming to LA Nails for over a year. Billy does great work and Bee and Renee are equally as good. The service is excellent and they work efficiently but take time to do a job well done. Even when they are busy they are very conscientious. I would highly recommend this salon!!

I've always gotten a beautiful manicure (SNS) here. But since they've moved to appointment only it's been hit or miss, mostly miss. I scheduled an appointment, arrived a few minutes early, and someone who walked in a few minutes before me, no appointment, was placed in front of me. Obviously no regard for protocol. when I realized they were putting the wrong color on my nails, I was treated with Hostility. No offer to change the color, no reduction in price. Too many other salons out there to tolerate their rude treatment.
