We have had an extremely positive experience with this company. Even as the world was heading into COVID our house was heading down the assembly line. The sales staff and installation supervisor could not have been friendlier and helpful during our specific struggles to move from a rental into our new home. This house is high quality! I even had a contractor look at our blueprints and he was very impressed and said: "I see no shortcuts in these plans!" I highly recommend a Silverpoint Home!

Silverpoint Homes has a jewel in Shannon Wilson! She helps you trouble shoot your plans but is flexible enough to help you make changes as you decide whether to subcontract your own site prep or change your engineering design for your family. She is so easy to speak with and is so knowledgeable. When my family started planning our house she walked us through the process painlessly explaining all the parts to building a home. Wow what an education it has been! She has helped us every step of the way, answers phone calls quickly, responds with emails quickly, and is so flexible! We couldn't be happier!

Silverpoint Homes is hands down the best route to go when building a home. We went through other companies previously and thankfully found Silverpoint on the internet. We worked closely with Dwayne who worked very hard to make sure we had a smooth process. From the time we met with Dwayne until the day we walked into our home we had the most amazing experience anyone could ask for!
