Kathleen really helped us out when we were in a bind. Our dog had an accident in her crate while we were staying in an Airbnb rental in Cape Charles. I wasn’t sure how I was going to be able to get our dog dry if I bathed her myself. I called Pet Palace and Kathleen fit us in out of the kindness of her heart. Thanks to her we have a clean, sweet smelling dog again. She even trimmed the hair around our cockapoos eyes. Above and beyond. Thanks so much!

I had to set my GPS to find the location. The owner was very nice. She done such a awesome job grooming my two long hair Chihuahuas.. This was my first time but I will be returning.
