If we could give a 10 out of 5-star review for Radford Radon Abatement and Plumbing Services, we would! Do not hesitate to call Scott! He is extremely responsive, detail-minded, honest and measures 3 times and cuts once (or in our case chooses not to because it was not the right choice for the space). He is truly customer-focused! What an absolute gem of find in the NRV! Could not be happier!
Scott has been exceedingly professional, prompt and thorough in his work. When we were in a time-crunch and needed his help, he had come by even outside of his working hours! Just to accommodate our last minute request!!Non only that but he also resolved the issue on his first visit itself and set our system back to performing as normal :). Two thumbs way up!!
