Very unprofessional.. took my 6 year old and 2 year old to get there hair cut and the lady at the front desk said she could only cut my 6 year olds hair because my 2 year old wouldn’t “sit still” took them to great clips afterward and got them both cut no problem!!

Aweful. Was told they were booked all day but was sitting in there talking. I will never go there again poor service all the way. If you wantbyour moneys worth go to great clips they will not refuse a customer

Second time I have taken my preteen daughter for a cut.... and for the second time, I couldn't tell they even cut a hair on her head. They were friendly and fast but I would have waited longer for better results. I could have done it for free. My baby ain't mad, but I am. I showed them realistic pics of what we wanted and it didn't come close
