A-1 Driving School provides excellent customer service, with prompt and helpful responses to questions. The office manager is particularly praised. Instructors, such as Trevor, are knowledgeable and informative, helping students achieve their goals. The school is also accommodating, with instructors like Daniel understanding and adapting to students' needs, providing clear instructions and explanations to ensure success.
Honestly i had a pretty good experience with A-1. My only issue with it is the 1pm login time, cause if you miss it, you have to wait another week, and it filling up very fast is rough. As far as i am aware, you are allowed a one time fee waive which was great for when i had to unexpectedly cancel. Tammy was a great instructor to work with! she very much calmed my nerves for my first drive. The online drivers ed is great; all you have to do is make sure you know the material for each end of unit test and you should be fine! The final test was very easy, just make sure to take it over and over again until you feel like you could pass the real thing.

I had the most amazing experience with A-1!! They have amazing instructors, and if your looking for an instructor who is super kind and amazing I would try to schedule with Tammy! I was literally so nervous before my drive and then I got there and within the first 5 minutes of driving all my nerves went down and I was able to learn not only how to be a better driver, but it was like I had a friend to walk me through it the whole time and that was just amazing so yea, scheule with Tammy!!!!
