10/5 if I could! You would think there isn't much to say about mortgage brokers/loan officers, but boy was I wrong. Jennie has gone far above and beyond expectations:Communication | 5/5: Jennie was always quick to respond, whether that was early day, late evening, or weekends. Not only that, but Jennie was proactive in her communication with us, and always provided a "what's next" during the process. She was always happy to answer any and all questions we had, including repeat information to our questions we had asked about previously. We have worked with Brad Eldredge on probably seven or eight loans over a few decades. He is professional, knowledgeable, generous with time and attention, and kind. I can't imagine getting a mortgage in Utah from anyone else.
