Nolan, over at the Cedar City location in the Providence Center, is by far the most suited individual for a management position I’ve met in a long time. We had an incident with a license plate cover, which I have made known I over reacted about. He went above and beyond service policy to keep us as customers and for that I am thankful. He not only understood the frustration on our end but more so the principal of the matter. Nolan solved the issue by going above and beyond what he should ever have to deal with all while remaining neutral on the matter between customers and corporate.
