Always a wonderful experience going here. I always get an energy tea since I work with teens teaching driver’s education. The teas give me energy and the shakes keep me full. There’s a variety of flavors to try. Thank you

Stopped by this morning to grab breakfast. The owner Daniel was there and made me a great tea and Peanut butter meal replacement. The conversation was awesome and the drinks were amazing. Go by and see Daniel.Small business doing it big!

I had seen posts for this place on my city's Facebook group and decided to go in and check it out. Daniel was super informative and guided me to the nutrition I needed as I have just begun lifting. You can tell that he is passionate about helping people achieve their goals. I got a shake/tea combo and the peanut butter brownie pie shake was not only delicious but filled me up. The tea was so refreshing for this hot Texas day and gave me loads of energy. So happy I stopped in. This is a gem of a shop for our area!
