Elsa from Walmart on south 31st street was just so amazing! I can’t help but thank you. She did amazing as I was running behind but still took me in before closing. I tried to go to my usual spot but refused so I am so glad I know I have someone who had my back as it was the day before graduation. She did incredible and I plan to come back! I made a 1pm appointment, and was told to wait for my stylist. So, after waiting 45 minutes for the stylist to do one haircut, I was poised to get my cut. But another person was put in the chair immediately. I walked out & as I walked past the salon the manager stepped out - not to apologize, but to tell me there were other stylists available. The time for that was when she told me to wait! 3 stars only because that stylist is amazing - but management is useless. Had I been told about the long wait, I could've done my shopping & come back.

I just got my hair done here by Markeesha(Keesha) and to say I’m impressed would be an understatement. I’m a stylist myself with over 20 years experience and I’m telling y’all this stylist has skills. Beyond her technical skills and obvious experience, Keesha is very relatable, likable, confident, and puts you at ease. I was very nervous when I got there but it only took 1 minute of Keesha speaking to me for me to not only not feel nervous but totally relaxed. I HIGHLY recommend this stylist.Services: Hairstyling
