Heather has been working with my hair for a number of years. She took over after Tory changed shops. Heather has worked with me in trying to get my unmanageable hair to a place that I truly love. It is much easier for me to keep and Heather knows how to work with me. There have been very few errors made and they generally are taken care of rapidly by Heather. We discussed the outrageous price increase initiated by Cost Cutters, in my opinion it is getting higher than necessary without any increase in service or product. Heather is going to continue working with me if at all possible.Service: Hairstyling

I use cost cutters of Taylor because they offer a pay ahead discount coupon pack. As with any Barber shop nowadays, they're all understaffed and overworked, I had checked in twice earlier during the week and one, they could get me in but it wouldn't be till 3:30, that could have worked, but I passed on it. A couple of days later, I pop my head in again and the two stylist were doing perms and colors for the ladies. Fast forward to Saturday morning it was about 9:20, I thought I'll catch the second wave of cuts after a 9:00 a open time, walked in had the place to myself and had avery enjoyable haircut and talk, and as always they do a great job. I have been to this location multiple times and have always liked the service and the experience. However arriving today no one was in the building but we were told my son and I that we could not get a haircut because we did not have an appointment. Apparently cost cutters has forgotten how to work people in like they used to prior to covid-19. Had to drive all the way to the cost cutters in hutto in order to get my cut.
