This is the greatest group of caring groomers I have ever met! If you want your family pet well taken care of and of course pampered with amazing results. Then this is the place for you!
I stopped in today for a nail trim for our big Hoss. I was so stressed about it because at two different vets they put a muzzle on him due to his size and anxiety...both unsuccessful at nail trims and suggested heavy sedation for a pretty penny. After seeing Ruff Cuts recommended on the Mason page, I decided to give them a try. I apologize for not asking your names, but I can't thank you enough for the great job and lightning fast and he was very calm! Sorry Hoss took a seat on your back :). We'll see you again soon!
My pup just had his first grooming and the entire experience was terrific. Easy to book the appointment, staff was very courteous, pick up and drop off was smooth, and my dog look great.
