I paid for a 5 year contract for security on my devices. After giving them remote access to my PC to set up the Service they continued to access my computer and make changes and try to make changes on several different occasions. I called them back and told them I do not want their Service and I wanted a credit. I was told by Sam that I would get a credit in 10 business days minus $89. That was 6 weeks ago. I called again and was told by another Rep that it would go through in 7 days and that was 10 days ago. Then I called about 5 days ago and Sarah tried to blame my credit card Company.
