I have been three times to serenity and I have had great service every time. they are friendly and kind and willing to work with you so that you get exactly what you want. thank you for being so awesome!
Would have loved to like this place people were friendly especially the young guy there. However they were in such a rush to get my nails done that they left polish on my skin and also the acrylic is so un even. I've never ever had work like this b4. I asked for extra acrylic...I think she purposely did add more cause she acknowledged that i asked for more and didn't do what I asked for.
The place was nice and the staff were very friendly. I went in for a basic pedicure and was very happy with the amount of time the nail tech spent, especially on the foot massage. I would have given them five stars if it wasn't for them using a used nail filer. Everything else seemed clean and new. Overall very satisfied.
