I normally don't write reviews but I have never been so out done by a medical professional before that I must write this one. The office assistant to Dr. Julio Molina that handles FMLA forms told me today that I could not get a form filled out unless I was also a patient of the doctors. My mother for the past three years have been having medical issues from fainting three or more times a day due to Orthostatic hypotension, she has seizers and dementia. I have been on LWOP (leave without pay) for the past 3 months of the four months I've been off. We ended up coming to this doctor because my mother last doctor no longer excepted her insurance. There are a lot of negative reviews concerning this practice, however I decided to go anyway because I was designated a PCP by my insurance and he's who they chose and it takes a while to get a new one.My review is based on the ease of appointment making, the friendliness/kindness of the staff (from front desk to Dr. Molina himself), the wait time, and the communication between patient and medical staff in understanding what's happening.The practice is okay, nothing to be excited about but not awful enough to say it's bad. I have been seeing Dr. Molina for 4 yrs now. Office staff has changed and they have a fantastic Team in the office now. Dr. Molina never makes you feel rushed. He always makes sure you are totally taken care of and all questions and concerns are addressed to your satisfaction. I highly recommend him to anyone and everyone!
