I have been in Explosion for the last 4 months and believe me, it has changed my life. I started with Zumba Classes twice a week and now I am going the rest of the week for the Cardio-Fitness Class. I have lost more than 30lbs. I feel better than ever, look better than ever, and the people around me just can't believe the change. The instructors are so courteous and professional, you can always approach them for any questions without them looking funny at you. Plus it is the only place that has early bird classes for busy people like myself.
