Called First Choice Upholstery with an urgent need to redo the cushions on my golf cart and Ulysses said he could take them in and do the repair the same day for me. His workmanship was excellent and the price was great. Thank you Ulysses

Called around locally to check prices for re-upholstering 3 kitchen chairs. Finally called Ulysses at First Choice and he was half the price of all the others that I called. Shout out to Ulysses Choice of First Choice Upholstery in La Porte on Broadway (281-842-7606.) He just delivered my kitchen chairs that he recovered. He did an amazing job! Not only did he replace the foam and recover the chairs—he replaced missing hardware (screws, rubber washers, glides on the bottom, etc.) But the best part is that he is one of the nicest people I’ve ever met. He’s “old school” in that he doesn’t have a website or e-mail or voicemail. And he’s a one man shop, so if you call and he’s in the shop working, it might take a few extra rings for him to get to the phone. Or if he doesn’t answer, he’s probably out buying materials.
