My review is for lack of communication. Their lunch break is not published. I called prior to coming and wasn’t advised they were on break. Online check in had me as second in line. The online system advises me to go to Great Clips as my turn is near. I get here and there closed for lunch. The hand written sign does state when they will open. A second call to ask if they were on lunch break. ‘Yes’. I have to ask when they would be off break.My issue is not they are on break. It’s the lack of information so that I can plan my time to there break.I outside their door burning gas because it’s 100 degrees waiting 20 minutes for them to come off break.
Literally everyone comes here for Tiara. If she were to cut hair on the other side of Houston, I would travel. In fact, I would march into h3ll to ensure she would be the one to cut my hair.
