I just recently went to Marly for a color and trim. I had never been before because I'm new to town. She was wonderful and I truly had the best experience. She didn't know me or anything about my hair prior to me coming in, but within 5 minutes of talking to her, she had a great understanding of my hair and what I wanted. She was super personable, fun and sweet. She explains everything to you about color and makes sure you understand. Service was fantastic. Joe took care of my haircut and did a phenomenal with how I wanted it. He was very informative about what products I could use and even demonstrated how to use them. All in all, a great experience and I look forward to going back. Also had a great conversation with him during the haircut.

I've taken my daughter to the Icehouse twice, and both times Kirstie did an outstanding job cutting her hair. She also gave my daughter great info on products and tools for her specific hair type and length. The atmosphere is inviting and everyone is friendly.
