Mari is wonderful to work with- she is very professional, great communicator, and truly understands the concept of Customer Service! I was so happy that she understood that I was on a tight schedule-& made sure I was on my way to pick up my Grandson!
We had a great experience! Our salesman, Troy went out of his way to allow us to test drive multiple trucks. He was very patient with us. He was very personable & made us feel like family. Dan Hall was very knowledgeable & put us at ease that we were making the right financial decision. The business manager, I can’t remember his name, but he too, made sure we understood everything we were signing and helped us get an additional warranty for the truck. We will definitely come back to do business with Cecil Chevy in Kerrville again. This was by far the best experience we have ever had shopping for a new vehicle!
Oscar in Service was the best! I have had issues with my Buick being serviced at other service department's. Oscar was transparent and helped me understand what was wrong with the vehicle! If you have a Chevy or Buick and need service I highly recommend the Service Department at Cecil Atkission in Kerrville!
