Firstly, I am appreciative that Krause Brothers Plumbing LLC was so responsive. The plumber, Shawn, who identified and fixed my leaking pipe, was extremely diligent and mindful. The job took a bit longer than initially expected, but Shawn, being overly considerate, kept apologizing though it wasn't his fault at all. Despite an impending storm, he continued his work until around 9:30pm, only to return early the following morning to complete the repair. His excellent cleanup of the worksite at the end was commendable. If I ever need plumbing services again in Humble, I won't hesitate to reach out to Krause Brothers Plumbing LLC, and specifically request for Shawn. After...read full review
i put a lot of faith in Krause Brothers Plumbing LLC. They showed up soon as we reached out to them about our absence of hot water. They evaluated the situation and provided us with multiple solutions - insightful but no pressure. When we elected to proceed with their services, Eugene and his team managed to install it within a few days. They were proficient, kept us in the loop about their arrival time and the duration of the project, and it was a pleasure working with David.
Air control was able to get a repairman out to us They were communicative and kind. Logan was excellent. He was transparent and gave us several options. He was able to figure out the complication and repair it in a timely manner. 10/10 would recommend.
