Always have a great experience with Alicia. She is skillful and thorough. I started going to the Richmond location since around 2016-2017. I moved away about a year or so ago and try to make it out there when I can. Very much recommend.

I had the best experience at M Salon! I was immediately greeted by a friendly and helpful receptionist and offered a beverage. It was waiting for me when I returned from the very clean bathroom. I was then taken back to a room where I could change into a robe and leave my shirt on a hanger (or you can keep your shirt on of course). Then I was taken to my chair and introduced to Grace. She was so sweet, listened and made sure we were on the same page the entire time. I LOVE my hair so much, I can’t get over it! I highly recommend her! Then I was checked out by Trinity who was so nice and helpful. The whole experience was perfect and I can’t wait to go back!Services: Haircut

Nicole is the most amazing stylist - I get consistently great cuts and color, and she is fun to talk to! She has been my stylist for years. Had a great experience today, the manager Margaret was also great- kind and accommodating. Overall a great visit.If I could offer one suggestion, it would be in regards to the online reservation system. I tried to make an appointment online, but Nicole didn’t come up as an option when I tried to select my stylist. At first I was afraid she’d left, but rest assured, she’s still there. Not sure if it’s just a glitch, but it would have been easier for everyone if I could have selected her from the start. An easy fix, I trust....read full review
