In town for some dr appointments they made it really easy to set up my first class the coaches where knowledgeable and friendly really focusing on me lifting correctly cause my form is pretty bad sometimes and modify the workout to fit my abilities thank you for the great workout and look forward to this being my new gym when I finally move to houston

Awesome gym dropped in while in town for work great atmosphere very welcoming. Clean and well put together, coaches take time to make sure you understand the WOD and if needed modifications. They let me stay after to work on some accessory/extra work. Great gym and great location!

Great gym, owners are committed to investing in the gym and members. A lot of new upgrades since the previous owner give a refreshed look and new feel.update: it took me a few months to update this review after leaving this gym. I found the culture of the gym changed a fair amount following the current owners acquisition. While they invested substantially in new equipment, facilities, and programming, I left due to the change in membership more than anything else. I found I was continually frustrated with many of the members poor gym etiquette.
