I’ve been to several different Amazing Lash store around Houston. The Bunkerhill location is amazing and by far the very best!!! They’re super friendly and polite. Sapphire is amazing!!! I love this store!

I absolutely love coming to this location for my lash refills. Ann always leaves me looking right! I'm always so happy at the way she does my lash extensions. I wish this location was closer to my house, even though it is closer to my job. I will drive to this location even if it's not the closest to my house.

UPDATE: The manager was nice enough to contact me to discuss. She had me return to the salon to have my lashes unpermed, which was very pleasant. Furthermore, I was invited back to have them permed again or a full set of lashes at no cost. This is what I call customer service and much appreciated.The first issue was the Bunker Hill location's online system scheduled me at the time I requested, but with the wrong technician. I was told they called multiple times and left voicemail messages, but I received no messages. Turns out, they had the wrong telephone number, which I could have entered incorrectly online.
