Gary, the rep, was great to deal with. Very professional, and eager to help. Staff that did the work did an excellent job. Our customer was very pleased on how clean they were, and also how professional they were. All in all, an excellent job!!!!!

If you are curious about polymer injection, I recommend calling! I called Scott several months ago to schedule a quote. He suggested I implement some maintenance measures and call back in a few months. I took his advice and had him come out to look at our house. He was friendly, professional, and honest. He didn't try to sell me on a repair I didn't need. Instead, he gave me more advice and went on his way.

I had a pretty severe drainage problem coming from an adjacent parking lot that created a 6 foot deep void under my parking area. URETEK was able to fit my job into some other work, saved me some money and probably prevented some significant liability for tenants parking over the void. Good communication, timely response and a very fair price for the work.
