Detailed reporting, open communication, suggestions based on experience.The difference between a dealer inspection and independent inspector is the dealer is making sure the unit is good enough to leave the lot. The independent inspector is looking for things that needs to be repaired.Even if the unit is in perfect order, Scott still sends a full report with pictures and diagrams to what was inspected. The electrical test has metered pictures of all tested connections.
