I am struggling with some major life changes. A friend had been to BCBH and suggested I make an appointment with Dr Streich. I am so glad I did. While Dr Streich was sympathetic to my plight, she quickly taught me several coping skills to lessen my stress. Her listening skills and suggestions for coping made me feeling I could better manage the stress of my life changes. I made another appointment and look forward to continuing to strengthen my resolve to deal with change.
Dr. Streich's kind guidance and thought-provoking questions helped me tremendously through the extremely challenging period following the loss of a loved one. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for an ethical, pull-no-punches style doctor with a great heart for people.
As a mental health doctor, I have conducted student evaluations with Dr. Streich and found her to be highly analytical, scientific, and ethical. Her heart is always aimed at doing the right thing for the child, regardless of the situation. She is an excellent example of a quality psychologist.
