    While drilling a hole in a wall in our new home to mount a TV, we unfortunately found a mistake made during construction and drilled into a water line. With flooding quickly threatening to ruin walls and flooring in our brand new home, we knew it was an emergency and we needed help fast. We contacted Servpro after hours and Wes assured us this was no problem and something that could be fixed quickly. He handled our situation with urgency and communicated throughout so that we knew exactly what was going on and what was being done. He managed to put us at ease with his knowledge and confidence.     Servpro with Ennis has been amazing, however I have to brag on Rosie. She has out done herself and has been amazing at giving myself and my place of employment knowledge about the services Servpro provides as well as feedback and efficient communication. While being in the chamber and seeing on social media the networking she provides is so effective but also informative. I have learned so much about all the way Servpro’s meets peoples needs through Rosie!!
