This builder has an aggressive female agent that is not customer friendly who royally discouraged me from continuing. Once she found out my loan was a pre approved VA loan, her response was that they were selling the home as is! And that they were not willing to negotiate the price because if the VA appraiser valued the property to be lower they were not willing to come down on the price. My agent reported she was not friendly at all and not responsive or a professional. I did my own home work, discovered the home is in a flood plain!
