Had great pre sale experience but after sale experience sucked with salesman. Kelly Blue Book said car was worth 19k they offered 13k. 2018 Escape had 19k original miles on it. Bought cancelled preorder Maverick but they charged me 33k for the truck. Why? Sticker sheet not on truck when purchased and got a copy from sales manager and showed MSRP was 25k. Why the extra 8k added on? Still had plastic on seats and steering wheel. So whoever had preordered it had not even taken possession of it. Told by salesman it had just been unloaded off truck. Bought the truck anyways. Sales manager took care of problems on after sale I had. If not I would not have recommended this...read full review

Graham kept me updated throughout the entire order of my vehicle and today I picked up my 2022 maverick with Tommy since Graham was out and mine there was shorter than any dealership experience I had and Finance was fast took 20 minutes maybe. Great service

JoManda is A M A Z I N G!!!! Best customer service, attention to detail and just overall amazing. My moms car needed a whole new engine the ford dealership in Grand Prairie offered no help and aside from that they were extremely rude!!! but the minute we came in contact with JoManda she made the whole process smooth and easy.
