If i could give 0 stars i would. Extremely rude customer service. I’ve never gotten eyelash extensions so i called wanting to know more, the women didn’t even bother explaining nothing to me she would sigh out of frustration mumbling. Rude as hell.

Irina is amazing with her eyelash extensions. She really has a skill others cannot replicate. I have had extensions in the past where the tech either overloaded my eyelashes, which is not good for the health of your eyelashes, or they were simply too long and would hit my glasses, or they were the wrong style for my eye. Irina personalizes and customizes the extensions for your face. As others have said, she is extremely, extremely clean and you feel safe in that environment. I would NOT go here. Full classic set one week ago...completely gone. They offered to “retouch” I was not interested if they don’t last a week, what is going to make the second better. They don’t give any refunds, not even partial. Buyer beware, they sound like they know what they are doing. However, actions speak louder than words. Yes I have had good lashes elsewhere, unfortunately not around here.
