Quick and friendly service for my daughter that had a sudden high fever. She was diagnosed with an ear infection and well taken care of. Will go back if needed. They did not accept our insurance, however, cash pay to see a provider was only $95. Our deductible is $50 so not much difference there

After experiencing a rash with itching for 4+ days, I chose to go to Total point Urgent Care. I also had a cough, but after being dismissed (3 weeks earlier), by Christus Trinity Health ER with no help from them, I thought nothing could be done for my hacking cough. NP said I also want to prescribe you medications for that cough. She also gave me a steroid shot for the rash & itching.The itching is gone & I am coughing much less!!! NP Rosa took very good care of me. The front desk receptionist is kind.Thank you Total Point Urgent Care - Athens

Pretty slick business here, no hassle and kind to boot. Paperwork still normal for medical field so that's... Haha, well, good I think. In the end, they cared for my child's health needs, had polite conversation to share, where real expedient about a prescription for his bug bite healthcare needs, but didn't give me a box of a million dollars and a pony, hence only four stars. Million dollars and a pony really would have just... *chef's kiss*... earned that final star.Otherwise, wonderful establishment. But seriously, if you think you're getting that million dollars here you're super wrong. I know I was. But I guess that's not their fault, what with the economy and everything......read full review
