We had one of our crews mistakenly cause some damage to a bathtub. Our customer had an 81-year-old mother, living in the house who needed to use that bathroom. We called over a dozen tub repair companies and no one was able to get to us for 2 to 3 weeks. Miracle method scheduled us for a Monday, and it was Friday afternoon when we had the issue come up, they took care of the problem quickly, our client was fully satisfied, and the work was reasonably priced. We will hopefully not need their services in the future, but if we do, they are going to be our first call.
