I specifically went to Supercuts because I was a previous manager for them in California. I love that Supercuts offers specific hair cutting training and other education for the stylists before they are allowed to work with the public. Unfortunately, my 1st stylist said she had been cutting for 28 years. From the 1st snip of hair she cut, I could tell she hadn't had the training. I mentioned it and asked if she had been through the training? She replied , " No, but I have been cutting 28 years. Honestly, as a hairdresser myself, just because you have been doing hair for 28 years doesn't mean you ACTUALLY know how to correctly cut hair. I was VERY specific about wanting...read full review

I went to Supercuts on a Sunday on a whim because suddenly I wanted my hair cut short and textured and layered. My hair was really long. Joanna did my hair and she did an awesome job! Loved the cut. She took her time and was professional and knowledgeable.Service: Haircut

My hair was completely uneven after a trip to another salon. I walked in and Cami took me back and fixed it within minutes and solved my moni hair crisis. The staff is friendly and competent. They have earned a new customer! I will definitely be back!
