Beautiful hotel with some excellent staff, both in the bar area, breakfast and on reception.Welcome drink was a nice surprise, and the addition of an in-room nightcap was a great added touch.Definitely recommend!The free upgrade for one room was also greatly appreciated.Rooms: Clean, comfy room.
I travel constantly for work and vacation and found the River Inn to be a winnder. The hotel is situated on Harbor Island just a short drive to Memphis and all the activities on Beale Street and downtown. It faces the river which features a lovely walk way about two miles in a loop. The hotel has classic southern charm feel, is clean, well staffed, available parking, with cute shops and restaurants nearby. My room looked out on the river and was so very comfortable. The bedding, blankets, towels, and furniture were all clean, comfortable, and updated. The service was very friendly and welcoming and informative - front desk staff always available to help with directions....read full review
This place was an absolute dream to stay with lots of charm, only about 1.5 miles from Beale St, had a beautiful view of the river, the quant restaurant for breakfast was absolutely amazing! This by far has been a favorite of mine and would highly recommend.
